THE EIF STORY

Having facilitated thousands of hours of therapeutic interventions with the Equine Immersion Project, the overwhelming need for expertise in the Active-Duty and Special Forces communities could not be denied. Our nation is asking more and more of our volunteer military due to recent and emerging conflicts in our world.

The urgency to respond sparked the formation of the EQUINE IMMERSION FOUNDATION.

WELLNESS WARRIORS

The term “Wellness Warrior” holds profound significance for individuals within the military community; embodying a commitment to holistic well-being amidst the unique challenges faced in service to their country.

As members of the military, being a wellness warrior means embracing a proactive and disciplined approach to physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. It entails prioritizing self-care practices that promote strength, vitality, and readiness for the demands of duty. In essence, being a wellness warrior is about embodying resilience, strength, and commitment to well-being that enables service members to thrive in their roles, fulfill their mission, and lead lives that honor their lost brothers and sisters.
